He is an Attorney at Law and is a Retired United States Navy Lieutenant Commander in the Judge Advocate General's Corp. (JAG). Charles Swift was the defense laywer for Osama Bin Laden's driver Salim Hamdan and was a key factor in the Supreme Court's decision in Hamdan's favor.
